Sometimes the picture is worth a thousand words.
Wow. I'm really impressed. Floored actually!!!! Making things grow. I just don't know how to do that!! Now, charter a jet, run a business, start a business, but that? I'll never be able to do that. I have two houseplants and one is dead. Well, I tried to murder it. Then the poor thing stuck up one tiny green leaf the other day (God knows from where because I haven't watered it in months and thought it was just a dead bunch of roots) so I had pity, put some water in and now I have two green leaves. Oh, two leaves on a dead root stump. Attractive huh? Then somebody gave me a plant for my birthday a few weeks ago. That one is still looking good. My uncle is a German, self made man, rich, he grows plants and trees. He started nurseries in the 60's and is a very hard working, rich man because of it. You'd think something would have trickled down but I got nothing. No green-gene. Maybe you two can come over for dinner some night (actually my husband suggested this a couple of weeks ago anyway) and give me a couple of starter hints! Oh...... well..... Now that I think of it, I don't cook so well either. But, pasta. I CAN do pasta. And chili. Pasta and chili. That's about it. Sound inviting?Did I mention I could charter a jet?
(haha, Terri!)I can appreciate your "beFore" picture and all of its potential. I have some of those of my place, too. It's just that my "after" pictures look just the same. My success isn't as grand as yours. Congrats on green at the Action House!
May the glory of your lively renovation inspire your community/neighbors to follow suit...they are lucky to have your (you and AW) artistry in sight...blessed
